摘    要:针对靖边气田产水气井,目前普遍采用泡沫助排并辅以消泡工艺。而传统的排采方式有人工加注、移动式加药车加注、集气站内泵注等,在井位分散、井数众多的气田开发背景下,人工操作量大、成本高、安全风险高、易造成污染且加注不及时影响正常生产等问题显得较为突出。为有效解决起消泡剂加注问题,研发了一种井口自动化起消泡剂加注装置,并在多口气井开展现场试验。该装置利用太阳能、风能自然能源,动力充足、环保无污染;能定时定量、连续性加注,提高助排效率,降低人工成本,同时规避人工操作安全风险;既可加注起泡剂,亦可加注消泡剂,消除起泡后的产出水对下游设备的影响。其加注工艺能够满足气田泡沫排水采气需要,扩大了泡沫助排工艺的应用范围,为气田中后期产水气井合理开发提供了技术支撑。

Abstract:In view of the water-producing gas wells in Jingbian Gasfield, the widely used technique is foam-assisted drainage supplemented with defoaming process at present. The traditional drainage methods include manual injection, injection by mobile chemical truck, pumping inside gas gathering stations, etc. In the context of gasfield development with scattered well locations and large number of gas wells, the problems like large amount of manual operation, high costs, high safety risk, contamination and untimely injection which will affect normal production are outstanding. So in order to effectively address the problem of foamer and defoamer injection on site, an automatic wellhead injection device for foamer and defoamer was developed and was tested on site at a number of gas wells. This device uses solar energy and wind energy, has sufficient power and is environment-friendly and contamination-free; it can inject foamer and defoamer timely, quantitatively and continuously, improve drainage efficiency, reduce labor costs and also avoid safety risk in manual operations; it can inject both foamer and defoamer, hence eliminating the effect of defoamed produced water on the downstream equipment; its injection technology can satisfy the requirement of gas recovery by foam drainage in gas fields, expand the application of foam-assisted drainage process and provide technical support for proper development of water-producing gas wells of gas fields in mid-later stages.
