摘    要:华北油田油藏埋藏深、注水井井温高、层间注水压差大等问题,严重制约了现阶段分层注水技术的发展。针对当前分注工艺与生产需求之间的矛盾,以管外缆控式智能分注技术作为主体,开展了新一代分层注水技术研究。通过对井下智能配水器优化设计,提高了电控智能配水器耐温、承压等关键指标;以深斜井多级多段分注技术为基础,形成了过电缆套保封隔器、过电缆逐级解封封隔器等缆控式智能分注工具系列,井下工具可靠性大幅提高,施工成功率达100%。该技术从根本上改变了分注井测调方式,无需测试车辆和人员现场操作,可远程控制分注井进行验封测调,降低生产成本投入;层段注入量自动调整、生产动态实时监测及层段配注远程调整等功能,为油藏精细分析及生产动态调整提供了数据和技术支持,实现了有效注水、精细注水,有助于提高水驱开发效果。

External cable-controlled intelligent separate-layer water injection technology

Abstract:In Huabei Oilfield, oil reservoirs are deep, the temperature of water injection wells is high and inter-layer water injection pressure difference is large, which seriously restrict the development of current separate-layer water injection technologies. To solve the contradiction between current separate-layer water injection process and production demand, this paper researched a new generation of separate-layer water injection technology by taking the external cable-controlled intelligent separate-layer water injection technology as the main part. The key indicators (e.g. temperature tolerance and pressure bearing capacity) of electric intelligent water flow regulator are improved by optimizing the design of downhole intelligent water flow regulator. Based on the multi-level and multi-stage separate-layer water injection technology for deep deviated wells, a series of cable-controlled intelligent separate-layer water injection tools are developed, such as through-cable cover protection packer and through-cable successive unsetting packer, and thus the reliability of downhole tools is improved significantly and the construction success ratio is increased up to 100%. This technology fundamentally changes the measurement and regulation mode of separate-layer water injection well, which can control the detection, setting, measurement and regulation of separate-layer water injection well remotely without any testing vehicles and operation staff on site, so as to reduce the production cost. The functions of automatic interval injection rate regulation, real-time production performance monitoring and remote interval water flow regulation provide data and technological support for fine reservoir analysis and dynamic production adjustment, realize effective water injection and fine water injection, and are beneficial to the improvement of waterflooding development effect.
