塔河油田井壁稳定机理与防塌钻井液技术研究

摘    要:针对塔河油田井壁不稳定地层,选取代表性泥页岩岩心,通过X-射线衍射、扫描电镜、膨胀、分散、比表面积、比亲水量等试验方法,进行了矿物组成、层理结构和理化性能分析,弄清了塔河油田井壁不稳定的主要原因,提出了有效的井壁稳定技术对策,优选出2套防塌钻井液配方。现场试验表明,2套防塌钻井液配方均具有中途转型顺利、维护处理简单、防塌效果突出等优点,使用该钻井液体系可加快钻井速度,节约钻井综合成本。

Abstract:Because of its deeply embeded, complexity of g eo logic constructure, coexistence of defferent pressure layers, and so on, there a re a lot of severity accident of wellbore instability such as collapsing, lost c irculation, hinderong and blocking in the formations of Triassic and Carbonifero us in Tahe Oilfield. The mechanism of wellbore instability was made clear throug h X-ray diffraction, Scanning Electron Microscope, swelling, shale dispersion, s pecific surface area and specific water wet amount of shale, analysised the min eral, stratum or stucture and physi-chemical performance on representative shale cones. The effective wellbore stability technic-countermeasure were brought for ward, and 2 kinds of anti-sloughing drilling fluids were selected on this bases. The site trial indicate that the 2 kinds of anti-sloughing drilling fluids rol l it's hoop when be transfered in midway, simple in manage and maintenance, and effective in anti-collapsing, quickened the drilling velocity and saved integrat ed drilling cost.
