摘    要:为了降低高密度加重压裂液成本,室内试验筛选了一种无机盐加重剂,使得压裂液的密度达到1.32 g/cm3,比氯化钾加重压裂液最大加重密度(1.15 g/cm3)大幅提高,与溴化钠加重压裂液相比,相同密度压裂液可节约加重剂成本3000元/m3左右。介绍了无机盐加重瓜胶压裂液的性能,现场实施5井8层,施工成功率100%,有效率100%,压裂试油产量均增加2倍以上,其中2口井天然气产量突破百万方,改造效果显著,可满足塔里木油田库车前陆冲断储层压裂地质特征和压裂工艺的要求,为该区块通过压裂改造大幅提高单井产能实现效益开发提供了有力的技术支撑。

Abstract:An inorganic salt additive is selected to cut the cost of high density weighted fracturing fluid by laboratory experiment.CoMPared to KCl weighted fracturing fluid whose density is 1.15 g/cm3,this fracturing fluid density is dramatically increased to 1.32 g/cm3.And the cost of this fluid saves 3000 Yuan /cm3 compared to NaBr weighted fracturing fluid at the same density(1.3 g/cm3).The performance of this weighted GHPG fracturing fluid is introduced in this paper.This has been used in 5wells drilled through 8 layers and the success ratio and availability of site operation were all reached to 100%.The stimulation result is noticeable with production increased more than 2 fold and especially the gas production of 2 wells exceeded million m3.All of these illustrate that the fluid system can meet the demand of geologic feature and fracturing technology for foreland thrust formation in Kuche Tarim oil field.The successful operation of this fracturing fluid provides technical support and economical developed through fracturing to improve single well produc-tion for this block.
