摘    要:针对宝力格油田原油含蜡量高、凝固点高、黏度高,影响油井正常生产问题,应用了空心杆电加热技术,将专用加热电缆下入空心抽油杆内,使空心抽油杆和加热电缆组成集肤效应加热体,从而达到提高油管内原油温度、防止油管内壁结蜡、降低原油黏度、改变原油流动性的目的.加热电缆具有输出功率的可调性,可以根据不同的油井井况进行调整,达到所需的温度,实现自动化控制.该技术成功解决了油井停抽后不能启抽及油井定期清蜡问题,保证了油井的正常生产,取得了较好的开采效果和经济效益,对类似油田的开发具有一定的借鉴意义.

Abstract:The crude oil in Baolige Oilfield has the characteristics of high paraffin content, high solidifying point and high viscosity. Electric heating technology was applied by putting heating cable into hollow rod, which made the hollow rod and heating cable a skin effect heater. The application of this technology can improve the crude oil temperature, prevent paraffin deposit, decrease crude oil viscosity and enhance the flow properties of crude oil. The output power of heating cable can be adjusted in accordance with the well conditions. This technology can solve the problem of paraffin removal at regular intervals, and has acquired good economic results.
