摘    要:记述了中国油田油井堵水、注水井调剖,以及调驱、深部液流转向等技术的起源、试验、发展、成熟、更替的过程。在这60年中,油井机械封隔器分层堵水技术、水玻璃-氯化钙化学堵水技术、聚丙烯酰胺-黏土注水井调剖技术、膨胀颗粒深部调剖、弱凝胶调驱技术、聚合物微球深部液流转向技术、区块整体调剖PI、RE、RS决策技术,以及近十年发展的水平井化学及机械控水技术、选择性堵水技术等是具有里程碑意义的技术。随着油气田开发程度的加深,高温、深井、裂缝、海上等油藏的堵水调剖技术,水平井、气井的堵水技术,以及智能化学剂技术、高效选择性堵水技术、聚驱后的调驱技术等将会成为研究的重点。

Water shutoff and profile control in China over 60 years

Abstract:This paper describes the progress on origin, test, development, maturity for water shutoff,profile control, as well as profile control and flooding, deep fluid diversion and other technologies in China's oil fields. In the past 60 years, the mechanical packer isolation plugging, sodium silicate-calcium chloride plugging, polyacrylamide -clay profile control, swelling particle deep profile control, weak gel deep profile control and flooding, polymer microsphere indepth fluid diverting, PI, RE and RS block profile control decision making, and the chemical and mechanical water control in horizontal wells and selective water shutoff last ten years are landmark technologies. As the degree of oil and gas field development deepens,water shutoff and profile control technology for high temperature, deep wells, fractures, offshore reservoirs, water shutoff technology for horizontal wells and gas wells, intelligent chemical agent technology, highly efficient selective water shutoff agents technology, profile control and displacement technology after polymer flooding will become the focus of research.
