满东2井氮气钻井实践与认识

摘    要:为了探明塔里木油田满东 3 号构造志留系的含油气情况,结合满东 2 井的储层特征,在 5818.50 ~ 6200.00 m 井段实施了氮气钻井。氮气钻井前对满东 2 井氮气钻井存在的问题与采取的对策做了研究,在此基础上对井身结构、钻具组合、随钻监测等做了设计,阐述了满东 2 井的钻进情况及应用效果。满东 2 井作为国内沙漠腹地第 1 口气体钻井的井,创造了目前国内气体钻井井深最深记录;该井氮气钻进井段进尺 381.5 m ,机械钻速 5.44 m/h ,是同构造同层位邻井满东 1 井钻井液钻井机械钻速的 5.4 倍,创造了塔里木油田深层 149.2 mm 井眼的机械钻速最高记录;氮气钻井井段使用 2 只钻头,单只钻头纯钻时间 45 h 5 min ,进尺 230.4 m ,刷新了塔里木油田深层 149.2 mm 井眼最大单只钻头进尺记录。满东 2 井氮气钻井的成功实施,促进了满东 3 号构造的勘探进程,为国内深层小井眼氮气钻井积累了经验,为类似井实施氮气钻井提供了借鉴。

Practice and recognition of nitrogen drilling in Mandong-2 well

Abstract:In order to prove the petroliferous situation of the Silurian system in Mandong-3 structure belt, combined with the reservoir characteristics of Mandong-2 well in Tarim Oilfield, nitrogen drilling is performed in the hole section ranging from 5818.50 m to 6200.00 m. Before the nitrogen drilling, the problems existing in the well and the solutions are studied. Based on this, the casing program, the bottomhole assembly (BHA), and the measurement while drilling (MWD) are designed. Meanwhile, corresponding plans to deal with all kinds of problems may occur in operation are developed. The Mandong-2 well is the first to be drilled by gas in desert hinterland in China. It also hits the record that the hole depth is the highest in gas drilling in China. The footage of nitrogen drilling interval is 381.5 m, the average penetration speed is 5.44 m/h which is 5.4 times higher than the mud drilling penetrating speed of Mandong-1 well next to it although they lie in the same structure and the same zone. The highest penetrating speed of it reaches 149.2 mm borehole in the deep zone in Tarim Oilfield. Two drilling bits are used in nitrogen drilling, the drilling time of a single drilling bit is 45 ∶ 05, and the footage is 230.4 m. It breaks the record of the maximum footage of a single drilling bit being 149.2 mm borehole in the deep zone in the oilfield. The successful operation of the nitrogen drilling of Mandong2 well shortens the drilling period, accelerating the exploration of the Mandong-3 structure belt. Valuable experience has been accumulated for the deep slim hole nitrogen drilling in China. It can be a good reference to the nitrogen drilling in similar wells.
