摘    要:文23气藏盖层厚、埋藏浅,具有良好的储气库建库条件。但该区块上存在一口工程报废井文23-6X井,由于其钻穿了盖层,影响到气藏的密封性,因此对其成功封堵成为建库的关键。2010年用4个月的时间在文23-6X井上部地层钻了6个井眼,寻找鱼头均未成功。2013年在国内首次引进英国科学钻井公司的磁测量距离修正技术,尝试钻文23-6J平行救援井,从鱼底下部连通文23-6X井,历时近6个半月,在下部地层钻了5个井眼,实现2次碰鱼底、3次交叉老井眼,在第5支井眼内定方位复合射孔挤水泥,经负压测试验证,封堵文23-6X井成功,达到了文23气藏建库要求。

Drilling technology for parallel relief well of Well Wen 23-6J

Abstract:Wen-23 gas pool has thick caprock and small burial depth, and has favorable conditions for building gas storage. However, this block already has Well 23-6X, which has been abandoned, but it affects the sealing of the gas pool because it penetrates the caprock. Therefore, successful plugging of this well is a key to building the gas storage. In 2010, six holes were drilled in the upper formation of Wen 23-6X in four months, but they all failed in locating the fish head. In 2013, the distance correction technology with magnetic measurement was first introduced from British Scientific Drilling Company and tried to drill parallel relief well Wen 23-6J and to connect with Wen 23-6X from below the fish bottom. For nearly six and half months, five holes were drilled in the lower formation, tagged fish bottom twice, crossed with the old hole three times, located the azimuth and complex perforation and cement squeezing were conducted in the fifth hole. Negative pressure test showed that the Wen 23-6X was successfully plugged and met the requirement for gas storage building in Wen 23 gas pool.
