摘    要:对油田酸化改造过程中使用的酸液添加剂进行了研究,它主要包括粘土稳定剂、缓蚀剂和铁离子稳定剂等。对合成的粘土稳定剂PCM进行了防膨实验和地层伤害评价,筛选并评价了缓蚀剂(H2),它在缓速酸中具有较好的配伍性和很低的腐蚀性能。还评价了各种铁离子稳定剂,选出合适的铁离子稳定剂。研制的酸液添加剂在酸体系中配伍性能好,地层伤害程度小,综合性能完全满足酸化液在油田中的要求。

Abstract:Additives for HCM acidizing fluid mainly comprising PCM clay stabilizer, corrosion inhibitor and ferric ion stabilizer etc. in oilfiela acidizing were developed. The synthesized PCM clay stabilizer was evaluated in inhibition of swelling and damage to formation. H2 corrosion inhibitor was selected and evaluated, and the result showed that H2 corrosion inhibitor had good compatibility and very low corrosion. In addition, various ferric ion stabilizers were evaluated and suitable ferric ion stabilizer was selected. The above mentioned additives behaved well in acidizing fluid and could meet the requirements of acidizing fluid used in oilfield.
