| 摘 要： | 以聚丙烯腈（PAN）废胶块为原料，在碱性条件下完全水解，经筛选确定最佳的硬化添加剂，将具有一定粘度的水溶性胶液作为水泥密封剂。PAN废胶块完全水解的最佳温度是95℃，最佳水解比例是m（PAN）：m（NaOH）：m（H2O）=1：0．3：5．5。与水泥混合使用时最佳的硬化添加剂是泡花碱，其与PAN废胶块在最佳条件下完全水解的水解液质量配比是PAN水解液：添加剂：水泥=100：1：300。

| Abstract: | Waste polyacrylonitrile（PAN） pastern was hydrolyzed completely under alkali condition. The optimal hardening agent was determined by screening. The water-soluble glue with a certain viscosity was used as a sealant of cement. The optimal temperature of waste PAN pastern hydrolysis was 95 ℃, the best mass ratio of PAN,NaOH,H2O for hydrolysis was 1： 0.3： 5.5. Sodium silicate was the best hardening agent, and the mixed mass ratio of hydrolysate, additive, cement was 100：1 ： 300. |
