天然气净化厂砜胺脱硫溶液发泡原因分析及影响评价

摘    要:在对砜胺脱硫溶液发泡原因分析的基础上,考察了各种杂质对脱硫溶液发泡情况的影响。结果表明,固体杂质对脱硫溶液的发泡影响显著;来自地层高矿化度水的盐类对脱硫溶液发泡影响较小,而铁化物对脱硫溶液发泡影响较大;表面活性剂和缓蚀剂对脱硫溶液的发泡均影响很大;醇类对脱硫溶液具有一定的消泡作用;微量嗯唑烷酮使泡沫稳定性增加;砜胺脱硫溶液水含量应为10%~25%,此条件下脱硫溶液具有较好的抑泡性。

Abstract:On the basis of analysis on foaming reasons of sulfinol - D desulfuration solution, the effects cf various kinds of impurity on the foaming were investigated. The results showed that solid grains, iron compounds, surfactants, and corrosion inhibitors obviously affected the solution foaming, that the salts in high salinity stratum water had little affection, that alcohols showed somewhat foam breaking effect, and that trace quantity of oxazolidone increased the foam stability. 10% - 25% was the suitable water content of the sulfinol - D desulfuration solution and the solution showed good foam - suppressing performance under the condition.
