摘    要:介绍了高活性多组分双金属氰化物(DMC)络合催化剂的制备及主/助催化剂体系的确立。用低分子聚和起始剂,合成出高性能的二官能团聚醚和三官能团聚醚。研究了环氧化物进料速率、聚合反应温度、乙氧基封端和粗醚精制等对产物性能的影响。

Abstract:The preparation of high active and multi-double metal cyanide complex catalyst was described. The system of main catalyst and promoter system was defined. Bi-hydroxyl and tri-hydroxyl polyether polyols was synthesized from low molecular polyether polyol and propylene oxide using multi-double metal cyanide as catalyst. The effects of adding rate, polymerization temperature, ethoxy ending, and crude polyether purifying on product performances was studied.
