胜利油田硫酸钡锶垢阻垢剂BR的研究

摘    要:针对胜利油田纯梁采油厂输水管道结垢严重的问题,研制合成了硫酸钡锶垢阻垢剂BR。以顺丁烯二酸酐/烯丙基磺酸钠合成低相对分子质量顺丁烯二酸酐/烯丙基磺酸钠共聚物,其再和次磷酸钠、丙烯酸钠进行嵌段共聚,合成了硫酸钡锶垢阻垢剂BR。考察了反应温度、反应时间、基团比例对阻垢效果的影响,确定最佳合成条件为:反应温度110~120℃,反应时间5 h,阻垢剂BR中n(磺酸基):n(羧酸基):n(磷酸基)=1:7:2。并且考察了阻垢剂BR用量、温度、矿化度等条件对阻垢性能的影响,结果表明,阻垢剂BR具有较好的耐温性和抗盐性。在胜利油田纯梁采油厂纯47—5井输水管道中进行阻垢剂BR的阻垢性能评价试验,结果表明,阻垢剂BR能有效阻止硫酸钡锶垢生成。

Abstract:In order to solve the problems of barium and strontium sulfate scale in the water pipeline of Chunliang Oil Production Plant in Shengli Oilfield,the barium and strontium sulfate scale inhibitor BR was prepared.A low weight molecular polymer was first synthesized by polymerization of maleic anhydride and sodium allylsulfonate.Then the barium and strontium sulfate scale inhibitor BR was synthesized by block copolymerization of the low weight polymer,sodium hypophosphite,and sodium acrylate.The effects of reaction temperature,reaction time and ratio of ionogen on the antiscaling rate were investigated.The antiscaling property of scale inhibitor BR was evaluated in wa- ter pipeline of 47-5 well in Chunliang Oil Production Plant.The effects of amount of scale inhibitor BR,tempera- ture,mineral content of water on the antiscaling property were investigated.The results showed that scale inhibitor BR had good heat resistance and salt tolerance.
