高密度抗盐水泥浆体系研究

摘    要:针对高温、高压盐层中固井出现的各种问题,研制出两种高密度抗盐水泥浆体系。对两种高密度抗盐水泥浆体系配方各组分进行筛选实验,结果表明,分别以重晶石、铁矿粉为加重剂,另加SZ1—2降失水剂、SXY分散剂、KQ—D防气窜剂、SN-2A和CST-2缓凝剂及DGN多功能外加剂可配制密度分别为2.2和2.4g/cm^3抗盐水泥浆体系。两种高密度抗盐水泥浆体系均具有在淡水和18%盐水中流变性好、触变性强、失水量小、抗压强度高和稳定性好等特点,能克服常规水泥浆盐层固井中出现的问题。

Abstract:Two kinds of salt - resistant cement systems were developed to solve all problemes appeared during cementing high temperature and high pressure salt bed.The components in the two kinds of cement systems were screened. The result showed that one kind of cement system with the density of 2.2 g/cm^3 comprised heavy spar as heavy weight additive,SZ1 -2 as filtrate reducer, SXY as dispersing agent, KQ - D as anti - fluid - channeling agent, SN - 2 and CST - 2 as retardant and DGN as multi - functional agent and another kind of cement system with the density of 2.4 g/cm^3 comprised iron ore as heavy weight additive,SZ1 -2 as filtrate reducer,SXY as dispersing agent, KQ - D as anti - fluid - channeling agent, SN - 2 and CST - 2 as retardant and DGN as multi - functional agent. The two kinds of cement system had good rheological behavior, thyrotrophic property, low water loss, high com- pressive resistance and good stability in fresh water and 18 % salt water, and these cement systems could solve problems appeared in salt bed cementing by normal cement.
