AM/AMPS/DMC酸化用稠化剂的合成研究

摘    要:用非离子单体丙烯酰胺(AM),阳离子单体甲基丙烯酰氧乙基三甲基氯化铵(DMC),阴离子单体2-甲基-2-丙烯酰胺基丙磺酸(AMPS)作原料,采用水溶液聚合法合成了两性离子的三元共聚物。通过单因素变量法确定了最佳反应条件:所用单体占总反应体系的质量30%,且n(AM)∶n(DMC)∶n(AMPS)=6∶1∶3,引发剂(过硫酸铵和亚硫酸氢钠)用量占单体质量0.4%。在反应体系pH为7,反应温度45℃,反应6 h得目标产物,并对产物进行了性能评价。结果表明,该稠化剂的酸溶时间约为20 min,增黏能力良好,稠化剂质量分数为2.5%+盐酸质量分数为20%的溶液在170 s-1下进行剪切实验,表现出良好的抗剪切能力,稠化酸溶液与地层水有良好的配伍能力和很好的缓速性能。

Abstract:A zwitterionic terpolymer was prepared with aqueous solution polymerization technique with acrylamide (AM), a non -ionic monomer, methacryloyloxyethyl trimethyl ammonium chloride (DMC), a cationic monomer, and 2 - methyl - 2 - methylpropane sulfonic acid ( AMPS), an anionic monomer, as the materials. The optimum reaction conditions were identified with single factor variable method: the mass fraction of the monomers used account for 30% of the mass of overall reaction system, n(AM) : n(DMC) = 6 : 1 : 3, the ratio of the mass of the initiators (ammonium persulfate and sodium bisulfite) to that of monomers is 0.4%, the pH value of reaction system is 7, the reaction temperature is 45 ℃, and the reaction time is 6 h. Performance evaluation was conducted for the target reaction product. According to the results of evaluation, the acid dissolving time of this thickener is about 20 min, and its viscosity increasing capacity is high. A shear test was conducted for the hydrochloric acid (20%) solution containing 2.5% (mass fraction) of this thickener at the space velocity of 170 s-1, and the results have shown that this solution has good shear resistant property, good compatibility with formation water and excellent retarding capacity.
