摘    要:室内研制出可携砂交联酸酸液体系,根据携砂酸压工艺在耐温、抗剪切及携砂方面的要求,分别针对交联酸酸液体系的流变性、减阻性、单砂体颗粒沉降性等进行了测试分析,并与塔河油田工区胶凝酸体系进行对比。室内试验与现场应用表明,研制的交联酸酸液体系适应于现场携砂酸压的具体要求,交联酸携砂工艺在塔河油田具有推广意义。

Abstract:A sand carrying crosslinked acid acidizing fluid system was developed in laboratory. The rheological property, drag reduction property and single sand body particle setting property, etc. of this crosslinked acid acidizing fluid system were analyzed through testing according to the requirements for heat resisting, anti - shearing and sand carrying property of sand carrying acid fracturing technology, and were compared with that of the gelled acid system used in Tahe Oilfield. The results of both laboratory test and field application have shown that this crosslinked acid acidizing fluid system satisfies the specific requirements for sand carrying acid fracturing at site and the use of this sand carrying crosslinked acid technology can be promoted in Tahe Oilfield.
