甲基丙烯酸（4-羟基-2，2，6，61四甲基哌啶-1-氧自由基）酯的合成

采用四丁基钛酸酯作催化剂，以甲基丙烯酸甲酯和4-羟基-2，2，6，6-四甲基哌啶-1-氧自由基为原料，合成了甲基丙烯酸（4-羟基-2，2，6，6-四甲基哌啶-1-氧自由基）酯。考察了催化剂用量、原料配比和反应时间等因素对酯交换反应的影响，确定甲基丙烯酸（4-羟基-2，2，6，6-四甲基哌啶-1-氧自由基）酯合成的适宜条件为：4-羟基-2，2，6，6-四甲基哌啶-1-氧自由基与甲基丙烯酸甲酯摩尔比为1：7、催化剂用量（4-羟基-2，2，6，6-四甲基哌啶-1-氧自由基为0．1mol的情况下）0．3g、反应温度100—105℃、反应时间8h。上述条件下，产物收率可达65．86％以上。

Synthesis of 4-Hydroxy-2,2,6,6-tetramethyl piperidinooxy Methacrylate

4-Hydroxy-2, 2, 6, 6-tetramethyl-piperidinooxy methacrylate was synthesized from methyl methacrylate and 4-hydroxy-2,2,6,6-tetramethyl-piperidinooxy by catalysis of tetra-tert-butyl titanate. The effects of amount of catalyst, reactants ratio, and reaction time on the transesterification were investigated and the proper synthesis conditions were determined as follows：the molar ratio of 4-hydroxy-2,2,6,6-tetramethyl- piperidinooxy to methyl methacrylate was 1： 7, the amounts of catalyst was 0.3 g （ when 4-hydroxy-2,2,6,6- tetramethyl-piperidinooxy was 0.1 mol）, the reaction time was 8 h. The yield of product could reach 65.86% under above conditions.
