摘    要:采用四丁基钛酸酯作催化剂,以甲基丙烯酸甲酯和4-羟基-2,2,6,6-四甲基哌啶-1-氧自由基为原料,合成了甲基丙烯酸(4-羟基-2,2,6,6-四甲基哌啶-1-氧自由基)酯。考察了催化剂用量、原料配比和反应时间等因素对酯交换反应的影响,确定甲基丙烯酸(4-羟基-2,2,6,6-四甲基哌啶-1-氧自由基)酯合成的适宜条件为:4-羟基-2,2,6,6-四甲基哌啶-1-氧自由基与甲基丙烯酸甲酯摩尔比为1:7、催化剂用量(4-羟基-2,2,6,6-四甲基哌啶-1-氧自由基为0.1mol的情况下)0.3g、反应温度100—105℃、反应时间8h。上述条件下,产物收率可达65.86%以上。

Abstract:4-Hydroxy-2, 2, 6, 6-tetramethyl-piperidinooxy methacrylate was synthesized from methyl methacrylate and 4-hydroxy-2,2,6,6-tetramethyl-piperidinooxy by catalysis of tetra-tert-butyl titanate. The effects of amount of catalyst, reactants ratio, and reaction time on the transesterification were investigated and the proper synthesis conditions were determined as follows:the molar ratio of 4-hydroxy-2,2,6,6-tetramethyl- piperidinooxy to methyl methacrylate was 1: 7, the amounts of catalyst was 0.3 g ( when 4-hydroxy-2,2,6,6- tetramethyl-piperidinooxy was 0.1 mol), the reaction time was 8 h. The yield of product could reach 65.86% under above conditions.
