超声光催化降解含活性艳红X-3B废水的研究

摘    要:采用超声辅助光催化氧化法(US/UV/Ti02)对活性艳红X-3B模拟废水进行降解处理。考察了降解条件对活性艳红X-3B废水处理效果的影响,确定了处理50mg/L活性艳红X-3B染料废水的最佳条件:催化剂TiO2用量0.5g/L、H2O2投加量1.98mL/L、废水pH值为9、曝气量0.8L/min,在此条件下,光照60min,活性艳红X-3B降解率可达98.3%。与单一光催化氧化法(UV/TiO2)相比,US/UV/TiO2降解效果具有明显优势,说明超声和光催化具有很强的协同效应。

Abstract:The reactive brilliant red X -3B dyeing simulated wastewater was treated by UV photocatalysis system assisted with ultrasonic (US/UV/TiO2 ). The affects of degradation conditions on treatment effect of X- 3B were investigated and the optimum treatment conditions for the 50 mg/L X- 3B dye wastewater were determined as follows: amount of catalyst TiO2 0.5 g/L, amount of H2O2 1.98 mL/L, pH value of the wastewater 9, aeration intensity 0.8 L/min. The degradation rate of X - 3B was up to 98.3% under above conditions and lighting time 60 min. The US/UV/TiO2 system had better degradation effect compared with UV photocatalysis system (UV/TiO2 ), which showed sonolysis and photocatalysis had strong synergetic effect.
