阴离子/非离子表面活性剂复配体系的稠油降粘性能研究

摘    要:以多种阴离子、非离子表面活性剂和助剂为原料,通过复配和筛选,制得阴离子/非离子表面活性剂复配体系。考察了原油含水量、复配体系加量和温度对其降粘效果的影响,确定了最佳条件:原油含水量25%,阴离子/非离子表面活性剂复配体系加量0.3%。在此条件下,对东辛油田不同区块稠油的降粘率达95%以上,沉降脱水率达90%以上。

Abstract:A anion/nonion surfactant compounded system was prepared with several kinds of anion surfactants,non- ion surfactants,and assistants as raw materials by compounding and screening.The effects of water content of crude oil,the amount of compounded system,and temperature on the viscosity-reducing efficiency were investigated.The optimum conditions were determined as follow:water content of crude oil 25%,the amount of anion/nonion surfac- tant compounded system 0.3%.The viscosity-reducing rate and dehydration rate on viscous crude oil from different region in Dongxin Oilfield were up to 95% and 90% respectively.
