烷基糖苷含量测定方法研究进展

摘    要:对现有的烷基糖苷含量测定方法进行了综述,包括气相色谱法、高效液相色谱法、蒽酮比色法、薄层色谱法、核磁共振法、红外光谱法、毛细超临界流体色谱法、液相色谱-质谱联用技术等。介绍了钻井液中烷基糖苷含量的测定方法——分离称重法,为钻井液中烷基糖苷的含量控制提供技术指导。

Abstract:Current alkyl glucoside content determination methods including gas chromatography, high performance liquid chromatography, anthrone colorimetry, thin layer chromatography, nuclear magnetic resonance method, infrared spectrometry, capillarity supercritical fluid chromatography, liquid chromatography -mass spectrography, etc. are summarized. A method of determining alkyl glucoside content in drilling fluid, i. e. separation weighing method, is introduced briefly, which can be used as the technical guide for the control of alkyl glucoside content in drilling fluid.
