乳化稠油堵水技术在高温高盐油藏中的应用

摘    要:以塔河油田为例,对乳化稠油堵水技术在高温高盐油藏中的应用进行了研究。使用非离子与阴离子乳化剂复配体系,且添加固体粉末提高乳状液黏度和稳定性,筛选出最佳乳化体系:3%CI-18+1%C22SC+4%沥青粉。结果表明,该乳化体系配制的W/O乳状液具有黏度高、耐温抗盐能力强且热稳定性高。物理模拟实验表明,该乳化稠油堵剂具有较好的堵水性能和耐冲刷性能。

Abstract:Emulsified viscous crude oil is the only selective water shutoff agent that can be recovered at present. However, high temperature and high salt content oil reservoir imposes strict requirement on the selection of emulsifiers. Tahe Oilfield has conducted the research on the application of emulsified viscous crude oil water shutoff agent in high temperature and high salt content oil reservoir. A compound system of non - ionic emulsifier and anionic emulsifier, to which solid powder was added to improve the viscosity and stability of emulsion, was used, and an optimum emulsion system was identified: 3% CI- 18 + 1% C22SC + 4% asphalt powder. It has been found that the W/O emulsion thus prepared has high viscosity, good high - temperature resistant and salt resistant performance and high thermal stability. According to the results of physical simulation test, this emulsified viscous crude oil water shutoff agent has good water shutoff and washing resistant performance.
