分子筛催化剂成型条件对其抗压强度的影响

摘    要:介绍了Y分子筛成型步骤,考察了Y分子筛与拟薄水铝石质量比、胶溶剂品种及含量、升温速度、水粉比等对催化剂成型后抗压强度的影响。结果表明,Y分子筛与拟薄水铝石质量比3:1,硝酸为胶溶剂,其含量5%,缓慢升温,升温速度100℃/h,水粉比0.85,干燥温度110℃,焙烧温度550℃,在此条件下,成型分子筛抗压强度最好。

Abstract:The forming steps for zeolite were introduced.The effects of conditions such as mass ratio of Y zeolite to pseudobochmite,kinds and content of peptizator,mass ratio of water to powder on the compressive strength after catalyst forming were examined.The result showed that the formed Y zeolite had the best compressive strength under the conditions as follows: mass ratio of Y zeolite to pseudobochmite was 3:1,nitric acid was used as peptizator with the content of 5%,the temperature rised steadily with the speed of 100 ℃ per hour,mass ratio of water to powder was 0.85,drying temperature was 110 ℃,calcination temperature was 550 ℃.
