摘    要:采用Fenton试剂对环氧丙烷皂化废水进行催化氧化处理,分别考察了溶液pH、催化剂FeSO4·7H2O用量、过氧化氢用量及过氧化氢投加次数对环氧丙烷皂化废水处理效果的影响.结果表明,当溶液pH为4.5,H2O2(30%)用量为10 mL,H2O2投加3次,反应4 h,FeSO4·7H2O用量0.45 g时,废水处理效果...

Abstract:Wastewater from saponification in propylene epoxide production was catalytically oxidized with Fenton reagent. The effects of the treatment conditions such as pH value of solution, dosage of FeSO4 ·7H2O as catalyst and hydrogen peroxide, and times for adding H2 02 on the treatment efficiency were examined separate- ly. The result showed that the highest efficiency for treating wastewater was obtained under the conditions as follows : pH value of solution 4.5, dosage of 30% hydrogen peroxide solution and FeSO4.7 H20 10 mL and 0. 45 g , the times for adding hydrogen peroxide 3, reaction time 4 hours. The effect of introducing TiO2 catalyst into the photo -Fenton system on the photooxidation degradation was studied. The result showed that TiO2 - Fenton compound system had obviously higher efficiency for treating wastewater than Fenton system. TiO2 had high catalysis on photooxidation with Fenton. Further test also showed that the system had highest catalytic efficiency when the dosage of TiO2 was 0. 05 g.
