沥青再生剂的再生效果与扩散性能研究

摘    要:考察了4种沥青再生剂对老化50A道路沥青和从沈大高速公路路面回收的旧SBS改性沥青的再生效果,采用老化沥青静态再生针人度试验研究了4种沥青再生剂在老化或回收沥青中的扩散性能。结果表明,自制沥青再生剂对老化50A沥青具有较好再生效果,适宜加入量m(再生剂)/m(老化沥青)]为10%;自制沥青再生剂和进口沥青再生剂A对回收SBS改性沥青均具有较好再生效果,适宜加入量为5%;可用再生剂在老化沥青中扩散3~4h时的针入度评价再生剂的扩散效果。

Abstract:Aged 50 A asphalt and SBS modified asphalt reclaimed from Shenyang - Dalian highway were used for studying the regenerating effects of four asphalt recycling agents. Then, their diffusion ability in aged asphalt or reclaimed asphalt was studied by static renewable penetration test. The results showed that the self-made recycling agent had better regenerating effect for aged 50 A asphalt and the suitable adding level m ( recycling agent)/m ( aged asphalt) ] was 10% ;the self - made recycling agent and the imported recycling agent both had better re- generating effect for reclaimed SBS modified asphalt and the suitable adding level was 5% ;the diffusion ability of recycling agent could be evaluated by the penetration which was measured when the recycling agent spread for 3 -4 h in aged asphalt.
