俄罗斯M100减压渣油制备改性沥青

摘    要:在减压蒸馏装置中,对俄罗斯M 100燃料油的减压渣油进行深拔(达到547℃),深拔后试样的沥青性质符合JTG F 40-2004要求.结果表明,以此为基质沥青,添加质量分数为2.5%的改性剂苯乙烯-丁二烯-苯乙烯嵌段共聚物,并加入MAW -1稳定剂,后两者质量比为(10~15)∶1,改性效果良好,改性后沥青符合标准要求.

Abstract:The vacuum residue of Russian fuel oil M 100 was deeply distillated up to 547℃.The obtained asphalt could meet standard JTG F 40—2004 in properties.With this asphalt as matrix,a modifier asphalt was prepared by adding modifier styrene-butadiene-styrene block copolymer(SBS) and stabilizer MAW-1.The results showed that under the optimal condition of 2.5% mass fraction of SBS,mass ratio of SBS to MAW-1(10-15)∶1,the modified asphalt could meet the corresponding standard.
