加氢裂化分馏塔的Aspen HYSYS流程模拟优化

摘    要:利用Aspen HYSYS流程模拟软件,选择Petro Frac模块和PR热力学方程,对中国石油某石化公司200万t/a加氢裂化装置分馏塔进行了工艺流程模拟计算,并对建立的模型进行了灵敏度分析。结果表明:所建模型模拟值与实际生产工况基本吻合;随着重柴油抽出量的增加,尾油抽出量减少,芳烃指数降低;随着加热炉出口温度的升高,重柴油初馏点以及尾油2%馏出点温度升高;当加热炉出口温度为305℃,重柴油抽出量为40 t/h时,尾油的抽出量增至100 t/h,芳烃指数为13.1,可满足生产指标要求。

Abstract:The process flow simulation calculation was establised on the fractionating column of 2 Mt/a hydrocracking unit in a Petrochemical Company,PetroChina,with Aspen HYSYS process flow simulation software by adopting Petro Frac module and PR thermodynamic equation and the sensitivity analysis of established model was studied.The results showed that the simulation value and the actual production operation value were basically consistent.With the increase of heavy diesel extraction amount,both the tail oil extraction amount and aromatic index decreased.With the increase of outlet temperature of heating furnace,initial boiling point of heavy diesel and the 2%distillate temperature of tail oil had risen.When the outlet temperature of heating furnace was 305℃,the extraction amount of heavy diesel was 40 t/h,the extraction amount of tail oil had increased to 100 t/h and the aromatic index of tail oil was 13.1,which met the requirement of production standard.
