改性淀粉-纳米SiO2脱色絮凝剂

摘    要:采用自由基水溶液聚合法,以硝酸铈铵为引发剂,在m(纳米SiO2)∶mγ-(甲基丙烯酰氧)丙基三甲氧基硅烷]为2.5∶1.0,n(丙烯酰胺)∶n(二甲基二烯丙基氯化铵)∶n二甲基十六烷基(2-甲基丙烯酰氨基丙基)溴化铵]为84.5∶15.0∶0.5的条件下,可制备生物降解的改性淀粉-纳米SiO2脱色絮凝剂(PASDD-SiO2),并将其用于对印染污水活性艳红(X-3 B)的处理。结果表明:在反应温度为40℃,pH值为6,PASDD-SiO2质量浓度为110 mg/L的最佳条件下,X-3 B去除率高达87.1%,絮凝效果显著。

Abstract:The biodegradable modified starch nano-SiO2 decolorizing flocculant(PASDD-SiO2)was prepared by the free radical aqueous solution polymerization method with cerium ammonium nitrate as initiator under the conditions of m(nano-SiO2)∶mγ-(methacryloxy)propyltrimethoxysi-lane]of 2.5∶1.0,and n(acrylamide)∶n(dimethyldi-allylammonium chloride)∶ndimethylcetyl(2-methylallyl)ammonium bromide]of 84.5∶15.0∶0.5,and it was used for the treatment of active bril-liant red(X-3 B)from printing and dyeing wastewater.The results showed that under the opti-mum conditions of reaction temperature of 40℃,pH value of 6,and PASDD-SiO2 mass concentration of 110 mg/L,the removal rate of X-3 B was 87.1%,and the flocculation effect was remarkable.
