含烷基铝废白油回收技术

采用先空气纯化再水解的方法,在进气速率为2 mL/min,进气时间为60 min,加水速率为120 mL/h,加水时间为110 min,加水量为废白油加入量150%的条件下,可安全有效地脱除废白油中的烷基铝。结果表明,白油收率约为85%,烷基铝脱除率达到100%。脱除烷基铝后的废白油经过滤和脱水后,与新鲜白油性质相近,可以满足回用要求。

Recovery technology for waste white oil containing alkyl aluminum

The alkyl aluminum in waste white oil was safely and effectively removed using the method of first blowing compressed air and then adding wa- ter under the condition of air blowing rate 2 mL/ rain, air blowing time 60 min, water adding rate 120 mL/h,water adding time 110 min, water adding amount 150% （by waste white oil）. The results showed that the yield of white oil was about 85% ,the removal rate of alkyl aluminum was 100%. The white oil after removing alkyl aluminum was filtrated and dehydrated, the property of obtained product was similar to that of fresh white oil, it could meet the re- use requirement.
