摘 要: | 采用先空气纯化再水解的方法,在进气速率为2 mL/min,进气时间为60 min,加水速率为120 mL/h,加水时间为110 min,加水量为废白油加入量150%的条件下,可安全有效地脱除废白油中的烷基铝。结果表明,白油收率约为85%,烷基铝脱除率达到100%。脱除烷基铝后的废白油经过滤和脱水后,与新鲜白油性质相近,可以满足回用要求。

Abstract: | The alkyl aluminum in waste white oil was safely and effectively removed using the method of first blowing compressed air and then adding wa- ter under the condition of air blowing rate 2 mL/ rain, air blowing time 60 min, water adding rate 120 mL/h,water adding time 110 min, water adding amount 150% (by waste white oil). The results showed that the yield of white oil was about 85% ,the removal rate of alkyl aluminum was 100%. The white oil after removing alkyl aluminum was filtrated and dehydrated, the property of obtained product was similar to that of fresh white oil, it could meet the re- use requirement. |
