加氢渣油降烯烃催化裂化催化剂工业试应用

摘    要:在3.5 Mt/a重油催化裂化装置中,以加氢渣油为原料,开展了加氢渣油降烯烃催化剂(牌号为LZR-50)的工业应用试验。结果表明:与装置原使用的低生焦重油催化剂(牌号为LZR-20)相比,当LZR-50占系统藏量(质量分数)为70%时,汽油和总液体收率分别提高了2.04,0.40个百分点,油浆和柴油收率分别降低0.59,0.58个百分点,汽油烯烃体积分数降低9.1个百分点,研究法辛烷值基本相当;该催化剂具有强的重油转化能力,优异的降烯烃能力,以及降低柴油收率能力。

Abstract:The commercial trial of reducing olefins catalyst(LZR-50) was developed with hydrotreated residue as raw material in a 3.5 Mt/a heavy oil catalytic cracking unit.The results showed that compared with the low coke heavy oil catalyst (LZR-20) originally used in a unit,when LZR-50 accounted for 70% of the system inventory (mass fraction),the gasoline and total liquid yield had increased by 2.04,0.40 percentage points respectively,the slurry and diesel yield had decreased by 0.59,0.58 percentage points respectively,the volume fraction of gasoline olefins had decreased by 9.1 percentage points,and the octane number was basically the same.LZR-50 had shown strong heavy oil conversion ability, excellent olefins reduction ability and diesel yield reduction ability.
