摘    要:在考察新型沥青再生剂对三种实验室模拟老化基质沥青再生效果的基础上,对比了不同再生剂对路面回收旧SBS改性沥青的再生效果,最后对再生改性沥青混合料的高温稳定性与水稳定性进行了评价并在沈大高速公路铺设了500 m试验路段。结果表明,自制新型沥青再生剂对三种老化基质沥青均具有良好的再生效果,适宜添加量均为1O%;新型沥青再生剂对路面回收旧SBS改性沥青的再生效果优于所选的进口Golden-Bear和国产SZS型沥青再生剂;与国产SZS型再生剂相比,再生改性沥青混合料的高温稳定性与水稳定性更佳,试验路段也表现出了更好的应用效果。

Abstract:The regeneration effects of the new recycling agent on three laboratory simulated aged asphalts were investigated.Then,the regeneration effects of different recycling agents on reclaimed waste SBS modified asphalt were compared.Finally,the high temperature stability and water stability of the regenerated modified asphalt mixture were evaluated based on them.A 500 m test road was paved on the Shenyang - Dalian highway.Results showed that the new recycling agent had good regeneration effects on three aged asphalts and the suitable addition amount was 10%;the regeneration effect of the new recycling agent on reclaimed waste SBS modified asphalt was better than that of an import recycling agent(Golden - Bear) and a domestic recycling agent(SZS).The regenerated modified asphalt mixture had better high temperature stability and water stability than the regenerated asphalt mixture added domestic recycling agent.The test road also had better applying effect.
