油水井管柱台肩的改进

摘    要:对90°台肩油水井管柱在使用过程中存在的问题进行了深入调查研究,认为在油水管柱起下作业过程中,油水井管柱90°台肩容易损伤封井器胶芯,并产生一系列问题。为了从根本上解决问题,提出了15°~45°台肩油管接箍及其配套工具的改进建议。

Abstract:Deep research and study are conducted in this text, aiming at the existing problem during the utilization of the 90° shoulder tubing and presenting such opinion that during the process of tubing tripping. The 90° shoulder may damage BOP rubber core and so incur a series of prob- lems. In order to resolve the problems fundamentally, a proposal of development of 15°~45° shoulder tubing coupling is put forward in this article, as well as auxiliary tools.
