镦锻式螺杆泵防脱空心抽油杆的研制与应用

目前，我国螺杆泵采油系统大部分采用普通实心抽油杆或摩擦焊接式空心抽油杆来传递动力。由于扭转强度和刚度以及防脱扣性能达不到使用要求，这两种抽油杆在现场使用中经常发生断脱事故，影响了螺杆泵采油系统的推广应用。镦锻式螺杆防泵脱空心轴油杆的两端都有牙体和叉口，空心抽油杆接头靠互相插入的牙体传递扭矩，有效地解决了抽油杆接头脱扣的问题。经室内试验和现场试验表明，这种空心抽油杆具有良好的综合力学性能和防断脱性能，能够满足螺杆泵采油的要求。

Research and application of the forging thread off prevention hollow sucker rod used in the screw pump

At present the conventional solid sucker rod and friction welding hollow sucker rod is used to transmit the power in the screw pump production system. Because of the poor torque strength,rigidity and thread off prevention performance, the crack and thread off accidents often happen in the two types of the sucker rod. It further affects application of the screw pump production system.The main structure characteristic of the longing off prevention hollow sucker rod used in the screw pump is that both ends of the hollow sucker rod have teeth and forks. The teeth bitting together transmit the torque, and effectively prevent the thread off of the sucker rod joint. The laboratory experiment and field test show that this hollow sucker rods have good comprehensive mechanical property and the property of the thread off prevention, and can meet the requirement of the screw pump production.
