摘    要:海洋液压钻机是以钻机的提升系统和旋转系统的动力源全部由液压泵提供为主要特点的一类钻机。液压设备的传动力矩大,控制简单方便,易于实现自动化、智能化等优点,海洋液压钻机已成为海洋钻修井装备中重要的一员。由于海洋环境的特殊性,海洋液压钻机的故障维修时间长。在钻修作业前,可以通过有效的风险评估手段,提前识别设备风险,及时处理设备故障,提高后续作业效率。基于模糊综合评价法,建立了海洋液压钻机综合评价模型,给出了各个评价因素的权重。通过实例计算表明,评估结果符合现场实际,可为预测设备风险提供参考。

Abstract:The offshore hydraulic drilling rig is a type of drilling rig whose lifting system and rotating system driven by hydraulic pump.Benefited from good performance of transmission torque of the hydraulic equipment,simply control,automation and intelligence,the offshore hydraulic drilling rig has become an important member of the offshore drilling&workover equipment.Because of the special environment,the offshore hydraulic drilling rig has a long time for maintenance.Before drilling and repairing operations,effective risk assessment methods can be used to identify equipment risks in advance,deal with equipment failures in a timely manner,and improve subsequent operation efficiency.Based on the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method,a comprehensive evaluation model of Offshore hydraulic drilling rig was established,and the weight of each evaluation factor was given.The calculation results show that the evaluation results are in line with the field practice and can provide reference for predicting the equipment risk in advance.
