抽油井不压井作业装置及抽油泵底阀设计

摘    要:江苏油田的部分油井存在油管短路、地层高压低渗、漏失严重等问题,这些问题造成压井作业困难,并且压井作业过程中的井控与环境污染风险较大。为了进行不压井检泵作业,同时缩短检泵之后的产量恢复周期,进行了不压井作业技术研究,并研制了不压井作业装置。为解决起下抽油杆过程中的防喷问题,改进了抽油泵底阀结构,该结构可实现起下抽油杆过程中油管不带压、无溢流,并保障起下油管过程中的井控安全。该技术在江苏油田现场应用9井次,效果良好。

Abstract:Parts of oil wells of Jiangsu Oilfield have the problems of short circuit of tubing, low pressure and permeability of formation, and serious leakage. These problems make the kill operation difficult, and cause a high risk of well control and environmental pollution during the kill operation. In order to carry out the pump inspection without killing and shorten the recovery period of production after pump inspection, the author of this paper studies the snubbing operation technology and develops the snubbing operation device. In order to solve the problem of blowout prevention in the process of pumping rod up and down, the structure of the bottom valve of the oil well pump is improved. This structure can realize the tubing without pressure and overflow in the process of pumping rod up and down, and ensure the safety of well control in the process of tripping the oil pipe. The technology has been applied in 9 wells in Jiangsu Oilfield, and the effect is well.
