螺杆泵试验转速和温度对水力特性的影响

摘    要:影响螺杆泵水力特性的因素有多种,其中转速、温度和介质粘度对螺杆泵水力特性的影响至关重要。进行了螺杆泵转速、温度对水力特性的影响试验;介绍了试验装置和方法;分析了试验结果,得出了试验转速、温度对螺杆泵水力特性的影响规律。

Abstract:The major factors affecting the PCP performance are structural parameters,working parameters,machining quality of the stator and rotator,lifting medium and so on,in which the effect of the test rotate speed,temperature and medium viscosity are of vital importance.The elementary study on the effect of test rotate speed and temperature on PCP performance were carried out,and the influence discipline of the test rotate speed and temperature to the PCP performance is presented.
