摘    要:导管架平台拆除过程中,为达到导管架平台桩腿内切割拆除条件,需对桩腿内部进行清淤作业。设计了一套桩腿内水射流清淤装置,并基于淹没射流理论,建立了射流的数学计算模型; 利用流体动力学仿真分析方法,研究了射流压力与射流距离对破岩效果的影响。研究结果表明,淹没环境对水射流有明显的削弱作用; 在淹没环境下,射流压力与喷嘴出口流速呈正相关,水射流流速随射流压力变化明显; 当射流压力一定时,射流在靶面上的滞止压力随射流距离的增加而降低,射流作用面积随射流距离的增大而增大。研究结果可为桩腿内水射流清淤装置设计和使用提供理论依据。

Abstract:During the demolition of the jacket platform, in order to achieve the conditions for cutting and removing the legs of the jacket platform, the interior of the legs must be dredged. A set of water jet dredging device in pile legs was designed, and the mathematical calculation model of the jet was established based on the submerged jet theory. By using the fluid dynamics simulation analysis method, the influence of jet pressure and jet distance on the rock breaking effect was studied. The results of the study indicate that the submerged environment significantly weakens the water jet. Under the submerged environment, the jet pressure is positively correlated with the nozzle outlet velocity, and the water jet velocity changes significantly with the jet pressure. When the pressure of the jet is constant, the stagnation pressure of the jet on the target surface decreases with the increase of the distance of the jet, and the area of action of the jet increases with the increase of the distance of the jet. The research results can provide a theoretical basis for the design and use of the water jet dredging device in the pile legs.
