涡轮钻具推力球轴承组磨损试验及寿命预测

摘    要:根据涡轮钻具推力球轴承组实际工作环境以及磨损失效形式,设计了磨损试验台架.通过对主轴转速、内外座圈相对位移、轴向载荷等数据的监测,综合测试轴承的工作性能.同时,开发了试验数据采集程序,实现对推力球轴承组采集数据的实时监测和存储,为推力球轴承组的寿命预测提供了依据.

Abstract:According to the actual work environment and failure modes of wear of thrust ball bear- ing set,an abrasion test bench was designed. A comprehensive test for bearing performance was proceed through monitoring the spindle speed, inside and outside the seat relative displacement, axial load and other data. Meanwhile, the development of experimental data collection procedures has implemented the data collection real-time monitoring and storage for the thrust ball bearing set,which provided an experimental basis for the thrust ball bearing set life prediction.
