自升式钻井平台悬臂梁载荷图谱编制方法研究

摘    要:悬臂梁载荷图谱是自升式钻井平台使用者安全操作平台的重要参考依据。通过分析X型悬臂梁的结构与载荷特点,建立简化力学模型,以悬臂梁单臂可承受最大弯矩为约束,找到悬臂梁及钻台位置与载荷间的相互关系。结合典型位置的载荷设计值,采用适当插值方法编制悬臂梁载荷图谱。算例分析验证了该方法原理正确、计算快速简便、结论可靠。

Abstract:Cantilever load chart is a critical item of data to instruct a jack-up manager to operate safely. The structures and loads characteristics were mainly analyzes for "X" type cantilever, and mechanics model was simply built. With the restriction of maximum moment capacity of cantilever single side beam, the relationship was found between different positions of cantilever and drill floor and the loads such as wind force, setback weight etc. Having referred to several typical posi- tions' design loads value,the cantilever load chart was easily planned by some suitable interpola- tion method. A practical example shows that the planning method is of proper theory and makes the calculating rapid and reliable.
