摘    要:在深井试油作业过程中.TJ20型通井机与目前油田拥有的井架及游动系统配合使用时.由于游动系统的穿绳数以及绞车滚筒与水刹车之间的传动比不合适.导致作业效率低。现场使用中,存在为提高效率而不挂水刹车的现象.致使刹车副磨损严重,而且还存在环境污染和安全问题。文章分析了不同绳数游动系统的速度和载荷提升能力.为提高TJ20型通井机的试油作业效率提出了改进措施。

Abstract:During well testing operation in exploratory well ,the TJ20 tractor hoist is operated with oil field owned workover derrick and travel system .Because amount of strings of travel block does not fit the proportionality factor with wire line unit and brake system and the efficiency of operation is very low. It makes brake system serious abrased as well as pollution to environment and safety that improve efficiency of operation without brake system in the field .The thesis analyzes rate and load capability of travel system with some different amount of strings and provides measure of improving efficiency of well testing operation of TJ120 tractor hoist.
