高压井控锥阀流场数值模拟研究

摘    要:在高压油气藏勘探开发过程中,节流管汇中的锥阀常常发生阀杆断裂和阀芯脱落等事故,主要是由于阀内流体不稳定导致阀杆振动造成的。采用有限体积法建立了锥阀的计算模型,完成了锥阀内部流场的稳态和瞬态计算。通过对计算结果的分析,认为锥阀内流体不稳定主要包括下阀腔漩涡有规律的脱落和流动方向的摇摆,这是导致锥阀阎杆振动断裂的主要原因,为高压锥阎的结构改进提供了理论依据。

Abstract:The unsteady flow in the popper valve causes unusual vibration, which often lead the valve stem to rupture or the valve core off. The numerical model was set up adopting 3-dimentional nonstructural mesh. The 3-dimentional flow field of popper valve was simulated. Through analysis of calculation result, the main cause that leads valve stem damage was found, which includes swirl comes off regularly and the flow direction wave.
