可溶性泵送环在页岩气储层改造中的应用

摘    要:页岩气套变井使用小尺寸桥塞或73 mm射孔枪串时泵送推力不够,无法泵送到位。通过计算表明,ø88 mm桥塞能够满足最低的泵送要求。研制了一种基于可溶材料的(柔性)泵送环,安装在电缆管串的顶部,以提高管串的泵送推力。在此基础上,成功开展了ø85 mm桥塞带ø88 mm柔性可溶性泵送环在四川威远页岩气应用,以及ø99 mm桥塞带ø103、105和107 mm刚性可溶泵送环在四川威荣页岩气的应用,共计274次现场试验,试验表明,可溶泵送环可以提高管串的泵送力和通过性,降低施工风险。

Abstract:The calculation shows that the ø88 mm bridge plug can meet the minimum pumping requirements for the shale gas casing variable well when the small size bridge plug is used or the pumping force is not enough when the 73 mm perforating gun string is used. A(flexible)pumping ring based on a soluble material was developed and mounted on the top of the cable string to increase the pumping thrust of the string. On this basis, the field tests of the ø85 mm bridge plugwith the ø88 mm flexible soluble pumping ring in Sichuan Weiyuan shale gas were successfullycarried out, and the field tests of the rigid soluble pumping ring with the ø99 mm bridge plug with the ø103, 105, and 107 mm in Sichuan Weirong shale gas were carried out, 274 tests of the soluble pumping ring were carried out to improve the pumping force and passability of the pipe string. Reduce construction risks.
