摘    要:针对山区、沙漠和丘陵地区油气田的开发要求,为解决高压力、持续固井和泥浆密度控制精度等问题,开展NC5340TGJ型双机双泵固井水泥车的研制工作,攻克了电控系统集成、自动混配算法、行驶稳定性校核等关键技术。该型号固井水泥车采用2套驱动和泵送装置,可实现同时或单独施工作业,其输出最高压力为100 MPa,最大排量3 m3/min,且具备手动、自动、半自动3种混浆模式。整车布局合理,结构紧凑,运行稳定性和可靠性满足当前油气田固井作业要求。NC5340TGJ型固井水泥车已完成表层套管固井、技术套管固井等多口井施工作业,水泥浆密度波动值为±0.02 g/cm3

Abstract:In view of the development requirements of oil and gas fields in mountainous, desert and hilly areas, in order to solve the problems of high pressure, continuous cementing and mud density control accuracy, the development of NC5340TGJ double machine and double pump cementing cement truck was carried out, and the key technologies such as electronic control system integration, automatic mixing algorithm and driving stability check were developed. The model cementing truck adopts two sets of driving and pumping devices. The two sets of devices can realize simultaneous or separate operation. The maximum output pressure is 100 MPa and the maximum displacement is 3 m3/min.Moreover. it has three slurry mixing modes: manual, automatic and semi-automatic. The whole vehicle has reasonable layout, compact structure, and its operation stability and reliability meet the requirements of current oil and gas field cementing operation. The cementing truck has completed surface casing cementing, technical casing cementing and other well construction operations. The application results show that NC5340TGJ cementing truck has completed surface casing cementing, technical casing cementing and other well construction operations, and the density of cement slurry fluctuates within ±0.02 g/cm3.
