一种新型无杆泵投捞式电缆研制与应用

无杆举升技术具有系统效率高、节能、安全环保等优势,且解决了管杆偏磨等问题,是新型举升技术的发展方向。无杆泵动力电缆采用绑缚在油管外壁的方式下入,存在提下管柱时电缆故障率高、操作复杂等缺点,制约了无杆泵的应用。研发了新型投捞式电缆,下入方式改为从油管内部投入,避免了油套环空间隙狭小而导致的电缆磕碰损坏,提高了作业效率。对常规电缆结构进行了优化改进,提高其抗拉强度; 通过插接头笔尖导入、重油密封技术实现井下对接、密封和自锁定。投捞式电缆技术实现了电缆在井下灵活插拔,可与潜油螺杆泵、潜油往复泵等无杆泵组合使用。现场成功应用37井次,运行稳定; 最长免修期达到1 100 d以上; 井下对接成功率100%; 重复投捞试验最高达9次,电缆完好无损坏。解决了无杆举升推广应用中的关键技术难题。

Development and Application of A New Type of Fishing Cable of Rod-less Pump

The rod-less lifting is the development direction of the new lifting technology, which completely solved the problem of eccentric wear of tubing and rod with advantages such as high system efficiency, energy conservation, safety and environmental protection. Meanwhile, the rodless pump power cable is banded to the outer wall of the tubing, which has disadvantages such as high cable failure rate and complicated operation when the pipe string is lifted, which restricts the application of rodless pumps. A new type of fishing cable was developed, and the lowering method was changed into the inside of the tubing to avoid cable collision damage caused by the narrow annulus gap of the oil sleeve, and improved the operating efficiency. The conventional cable structure has been optimized and improved on the tensile strength and solved the load-bearing and sealing in the wellhead. The cable can be docked, sealed and self-locked down-hole through the insertion of the nib of the plug connector and the use of heavy oil sealing. The fishing cable can be pluged and unpluged flexibly in the well, and be combined with rod-less pumps such as electric submersible progressing cavity Pump(ESPCP)( Progressing Cavity Pump and Electric Submersible Pump), and has a wide range of applications. The new type of fishing cable has been successfully applied in 37 wells and can work stably in complex down hole. The longest repair-free period has reached more than 1 100 days, the success rate of down-well docking is 100%, with 9 times of repeated fishing test, the cable is intact and undamaged. It solves the key technical problems during the promotion and application of rodless lifting.
