摘    要:常规的顶部驱动钻井装置(简称顶驱)通过减速箱进行减速、增扭,以满足钻井作业的要求。减速箱一般为2级齿轮传动,结构复杂,传动效率降低,油润滑系统容易泄露。为进一步提高顶驱的传动效率和可靠性,研制了一种由变频电机直接驱动主轴的直驱顶驱。该顶驱取消减速箱,采用无级变频控制技术,将电机与主轴融合,电机转子直接驱动主轴钻进。与同规格减速箱顶驱相比,零件数量大幅减少,故障率低,操作维护容易。厂内试验结果表明,该顶驱的各项性能指标达到了设计要求。

Abstract:The conventional top drive system(referred to as TDS)uses a gearbox to reduce speed and increase torque to meet the requirements of drilling operations. The reduction box is generally a 2-stage gear transmission, with a complex structure, lower transmission efficiency, and easy leakage of the oil lubrication system. To improve transmission efficiency and reliability, a variable frequency direct-drive TDS was developed. It eliminates the gearbox, adopts variable frequency control technology, integrates the motor and the main shaft, and the rotor drives the main shaft to drill. Compared with the decelerating top drive of the same specification, the number of parts is greatly reduced, the failure rate is low, and the operation and maintenance are easy. The factory test results show that the performance meets the design requirements.
