水下气田虚拟计量装置原理及应用研究

摘    要:鉴于水下流量计的维护不便和高昂价格,水下虚拟计量装置得到了发展,尤其是在天然气凝析气田。总结了水下虚拟计量装置的特点。介绍了主要的虚拟计量产品及在中国南海水下气田的应用效果。针对典型的水下气田虚拟计量装置,介绍了其系统构架、输入和输出的数据、计算原理及模型。水下虚拟计量装置具备高度的灵活性和可靠性,可作为水下流量计的补充或者替代水下流量计; 通过校准可以实现较好的计量精度; 以虚拟计量计算结果为基础实现管道的流动监测功能,可用于实现生产的动态管理。对水下虚拟计量装置的研究和应用,可以实现海上流动管理系统国产化,为建设数字油田提供支持。

Abstract:Considering the inconvenient maintenance and high price of underwater flow meters, underwater virtual metering devices have been developed, especially applied for gas condensate tieback fields. The characteristics of the underwater virtual metering device were summarized, and the main virtual metering products, applications and application effects in the South China Sea underwater gas field were introduced. For typical subsea gas field virtual flow meters, the system configuration, input and output data, as well as calculation principle and models were introduced. The application characteristics and effects of subsea gas field virtual flow meter applied in South China Sea was introduced. The underwater virtual metering device has a high degree of flexibility and reliability, and can be used as a supplement to or a substitute for underwater flow meters. Through calibration, it can achieve better measurement accuracy. The pipeline flow monitoring function could be realized based on the virtual measurement calculation result, which can be used to realize the dynamic management of production. The research and application of underwater virtual metering devices can provide support for realizing the localization of offshore flow management systems and the construction of digital oil fields.
