川南页岩气套管变形井分簇射孔管串 泵送工艺分析

摘    要:川南地区的页岩气水平井的套管变形严重,影响分簇射孔管串的泵送作业时效和安全,成为制约页岩气高效开发的“卡脖子”因素。针对短期内无法完全消除套管变形的现状,分析套管变形后的主要形态与尺寸,介绍了利用CCL信号曲线与井口电缆张力变化快速判别套管变形井中泵送遇阻、遇卡的方法。对比研究了常规分簇射孔管串与小外径分簇射孔管串在不同井斜角的水平井段内的泵送参数匹配关系,当小外径分簇射孔管串的桥塞直径为ø85~88 mm、泵送设计排量为3.0~3.2 m3/min、泵送设计速度为2 500~3 000 m/h时,可有效确保变形139.7 mm(51/2英寸)套管内泵送作业的安全性及时效性。

Abstract:The casing deformation of shale gas horizontal wells in South Sichuan is serious, which affects the efficiency and safety of plug and perforating operation and becomes a “bottleneck” factor restricting the efficient development of shale gas. According to the present situation that the casing deformation can not be eliminated in the short term, the main shape and size of the deformed casing were analyzed and summarized, and the method of quickly judging the pumping block and pumping stuck caused by the deformed casing with the CCL signal curve and the change of the surface wireline tension was put forward. By comparing and studying the variation of pumping parameters between conventional perforating string and unconventional perforating string with mall diameter in different inclined horizontal well sections, it is proposed that when the unconventional perforating string with ø85~ø88 mm plug is pumping down at a design displacement of 3.0~3.2 m3/min and at a design speed of 2 500~3 000 m/h, its efficiency and safety can be effectively ensured in the 51/2"deformed casing.
