海洋闭式液缸举升系统关键技术研究

摘    要:为了提高海洋钻井作业效率、保障作业安全,开展了闭式液缸举升系统的研究。分析了海洋闭式液缸举升系统的结构,针对其主要功能提出3项关键技术:提升及下放流体控制技术、能量回收与释放控制技术、钻柱补偿功能集成技术。研究了关键技术的具体实现方式,并提出相应的液压原理和控制逻辑。研究结果表明,闭式液压举升系统的能量回收和释放功能可有效降低海洋钻井系统的装机功率,显著提高钻井和下放隔水管的作业效率; 钻柱补偿功能的集成可降低系统的采购和运行成本。研究结果对后续产品的国产化具有一定的指导意义。

Abstract:In order to improve the efficiency of offshore drilling operations and ensure the safety of operations for research purposes, the research of closed-loop cylinder hoisting system has been carried out. Under the premise of reference to the functional technical parameters of similar products abroad, the structure of offshore closed-loop cylinder lifting system was analyzed, three key technologies for main functions, including hoisting and decentralized fluid control technology, energy recovery and release control technology, drilling compensation function integration technology were put forward. The specific implementation of the key technology was studied, the corresponding hydraulic principle and control logic were proposed. The results show that the energy recovery and release function of closed-loop hydraulic hoisting system can effectively reduce the installed power of offshore drilling system, significantly improve the operating efficiency of drilling and lowering marine riser, reduce the procurement and operation cost of the system by integrating the drilling compensation function. The results of the study have some guiding significance for the domestic development of follow-up products.
