新型电潜泵专用中高压变频器研究

摘    要:针对目前油田电潜泵存在的问题,研发了一种中高压多电平变频调速装置,并且成功地应用于电潜泵变频调速节能控制。现场应用表明,其耗电量减少而产液量增加;具有控制逻辑清晰、灵活性高、可扩展性强等优点。

Abstract:In allusion to the drawbacks of the electrical-drive pumps used in the oil-field at pres-ent, this project has explored one kind of mid-high voltage multilevel frequency converter device. It has been successfully applied to the oil field. By the locale use of the multilevel frequency con-verter energy saving control, it has been proved that the electricity consumption has reduced and meanwhile the oil output has increased, possessing the advantages of clear control logic, high flexibility, strong expansibility and so on.
