| 摘 要： | 介绍了几种典型的油套管生产线工艺流程及工位设置,简要说明了其特点、应用范围及方案选择原则。着重介绍了生产线中自主研制的除锈机、水压机、拧扣机、测长称重、链式晾床、打包机等主要配套设备的设计特点及数控螺纹车床、喷漆设备等专用设备的选型,可为相关人员提供参考。

| Abstract: | According to design experiment in several production lines of tubing and casing,a few typical process flow and position settings are introduced.Its characteristic,application range,and how to make certain process flow scheme of production line are described.The main advantages and features of corollary equipments such as deruster machine,hydraulic machine,screwing machine,length-and-weight measuring machine,conditioning machine,packer machine developed by our company are detailed.And selected type of other special equipments such as numerical control thread machine and paint spraying are introduced as well. |
