井下泥浆涡轮设计及性能分析

摘    要:根据已知参数进行了井下泥浆涡轮的设计,并采用FLUENT6.0对设计的涡轮进行数值模拟,对涡轮的内流场进行分析,获得涡轮的输出功率与转速、压降与转速之间的关系曲线,确保所设计的涡轮能够满足性能要求。

Abstract:Based on the known parameters, the mud turbine for mine was designed. The numerical simulation on the turbine was obtained with FLUENT6.0 software to investigate the internal flow field of turbine so that the performance curves of the output power to rotate speed and the pressure drop to rotate speed was obtained separately. The performance of the designed turbine was insured to satisfy the requirement.
